Can someone please instruct me as to how to make my abs visible? I do ab exercises literally 5 days a week in the fucking gym, and i still just have a fat-covered gut. Granted, I do drink 10-20 beers on the weekend. But with all of the calorie burning I do in the gym every single fucking weekday, I should see my abs. Someone please give me a non-autist answer.
Get your body fat % lower. You can't magically target the fat in your gut, you just have to lose weight until it goes away. Your abs are underneath it. This shit isn't complicated.

Lower the beer intake, heavy deadlifts and other exercises that hit the abs, eat at caloric deficit, and throw in some cardio.

You said you wanted visible abs. Put building muscle on hold to cut until your abs are visible, and then focus on building again.
