Hi, /fit/ this is my first time posting here but I'll try to be brief.
It happens to be that I'm a 30 year old guy that has never exercised really, so I'm the epitome of thin. I probably need a good diet and a shit-ton of exercise to be "in shape," but that's not what brings me here today.
A while ago I got very tired after doing a mere 25 squats. I'm not shitting you, and I wish I was. I've been doing them, nonetheless and now I can do 40 and don't die, however I end up very (VERY) tired, so I figured maybe I'm not doing what I should. I probably have anemia or some shit, idk.
Problem is, I can't afford to go to a specialist, so that's out the question. I just wanna build up stamina so I can exercise better without passing up.
tl;dr what can I do if I have literally 0 stamina and want to be able to stand exercise sessions?
Pic related, I look like that guy.
read the sticky

When you click into /fit/ the first thing you should see is a picture telling you to "read the fucking sticky". Click on the website linked to in that thread. Read that website. If you have questions, then come and post here.
In other words, read the fucking sticky you disgusting excuse for a human being.
I did read the sticky, and just found this as somewhat relevant:
"I have an injury/disability/chronic health problem. Should I follow this guide?
Anyone with a diagnosed medical condition should follow their doctor's advice on what activity level is safe for them. If that doesn't match what this guide says to do, don't follow this guide."
Then I read the last part FAQ and skimmed through the guide because of the "don't follow this guide" part.
I, then, came here and posted a specific question that I don't see answered in the sticky.
So if the sticky has my answer maybe I'm blind or stupid, and if you were so kind to direct me to that, then I shall thank you. Else, you can also try to answer a question in what I believe would be a shorter answer than ranting about it.

cardio if you just want endurance, lift for strength/aesthetics
eat more

stop being a fucking pussy and lift weights. look up youtube videos to make sure you're doing them safely. if you want to continue to bitch and moan then no one can help you and you should just forget about being fit.

and you've not been diagnosed

Are you a healthy human being?
If yes you should follow the sticky step by step.
If no, talk to your normal doc and start, you will feel fast enough if exercise hurts your beta body

Eat more. Lift more. These are the things you need to do. How much weight you start at doesn't matter. You're at a point right now where you're literally a toddler. Doing literally anything is better than where you are right now. Ask for help in the gym if you need it. Don't be embarrassed. People are too busy worrying about themselves to care about how much weight you can do.

At 30 it's too late for you so just keep doing whatever it is you have been doing this whole time.

Thank you very much.

I like this routine. Jog at a pace where you don't feel like you're gonna die but you aren't just walking fast and hopping. Don't do the sessions on consecutive days.

You don't do 25 squats, you do 3x5 first.
