Forgive me, as I'm not a regular here, and I didn't notice anything about it in the sticky, so:
I've heard a lot of back and forth on what the "best" form is for doing normal push-ups, and I'm unsure of what idea to follow. Is there a method generally accepted on /fit/ in regards to that?
Thanks a lot to anyone who responds.

elbows not flaring out, go down until the point where your chest touches the ground then push back up

So do my arms still make a "T" shape? Or do they have to be tucked lower, angle-wise, more like an arrow shape? If that makes sense.

arms and body should make an arrow shape (elbows about 45 degrees with body) or even narrower if you want to really hit the triceps

Okay, awesome. Thank you!
