what soap and shampoo am I supposed to use if I don't want

i just keep a box of coarse sea salt in the bathroom. i pour a handful in a washcloth and use it as a body scrub. it is good to get rid of unwanted dead skin, but dont get the salt in your eyes imo it hurts

what can I use to cut the oil in my hair though? it gets really greasy if I don't wash it every day. I know some oil is normal, but this is the level where I have to wipe my hands off with a paper towel after rubbing my head.

Habe you tried full on cutting shampoo and rinsing with water throughout the day? It gets bad for a while, but after your scalp readapts to not needing it and looks good. Haven't used shampoo in years and get loads of compliments. I always get told I have perfect hair kek

what kind? I searched for "pine tar shampoo" and the top result has phenoxyethanol, which is apparently also bad.
