I fucked up my hand. I can't use all my fingers on my left hand to hold onto the bar. I can pretty much grip only with thumb, index, and pinky. I can weakly use my ring finger but I basically can't use my middle finger at all.
What should I do about deadlifting? I don't want to bitch out and ditch them completely, but is there a way to mitigate this issue? Or are there other exercises I should do instead?

Get some wrist straps. It's what I use, I have arthritis in my ring and pinky fingers on my left hand.
so you seem to have injured your tendons
pretty sure it would be wise to raise the strain on them by using tools like straps
whatever you do, dont stop your workout and regenerate, that way you wont make it before end of summer

I just bought some nylon straps from home depot. Just make sure they're sturdy but flexible enough to wrap around your wrist and the bar.
