OP is a troll, but here's what I do

I have 2 solid brass balls, about 3/4" in diameter, that I use as a stress toy and for forearm work.

I also have a larger shot put that I use for shoulders/curls/triceps. My upper back and shoulders get sore during the day so it's a good way to stretch out

Also, commando pullups. If you've got to move around a lot like me then it's easy to get 100+ pullups each day even if you only do doubles & triples
