What are some good apps or websites for tracking lifts? I used to use fitocracy but it seems to perform like shit now and constantly drops workouts when I try to finalize then. MyFitnessPal is great for nutrition and cardio, but doesn't seem to have much for strength training.

I use LibreOffice Calc on my desktop computer.
Jefit works great, both Android and iOS. Allows you to create workouts with a timer between lifts. Some of the pics have incorrect ways to do the lift though

I use excel and one drive to sync with my pc.

Is there an app that lets you do a customized TM? For example, with rack pulls instead of deadlifts on Monday and deadlifts instead of power cleans on Friday, maybe the option to add some extra ohp/bench and front squats on Friday or something similar?
I'd also like the app to tell you what to do according to your projected 1RM and work off %s for that, like TM works. From what I can tell jefit and fitnotes are more like diaries and less like what I asked

Bump. Just downloaded that and it looks awesome.
Gravitus
Symmetric Strength on PC is free, but the app is a few shekels. I enjoy it a lot and the best part is you can try it on PC and see if you like it before you purchase it. Personally I'm /homegym/ so I can just right and save in Notepad what my workout is and then input it directly to Symmetric Strength.

TM isn't about projected 1RM, where did you read this

Just poor use of English, I know what TM is. You understand what I mean when I say I'd like an app that works off %s anyway.

A piece of paper will let you do this.

In fact, using cookie cutter spreadsheets, template programs on apps etc will actually slow you down because they're not adaptable enough to program optimally.

Already using that but papers can be destroyed, lost etc, plus I'm already using my phone as a stopwatch
