Replace junk food with fruit. Even binge on fruit if it helps, you don't have to cut it out completely from day one.

once you are used to not eating junk, then start cutting down the amount you get from fruit, this should be much easier as the body doesn't get a bomb of sugar when you eat fruit like it does from junk food, because the sugar in fruit comes with a lot of other longer digesting things.

Fellow addict here. I asked /fit/ before but they only bullied me saying it's not a real addiction and only requires discipline.
