How do I fix this? I have been in and out of gyms for the past three years. I recently turned 18 and still have what I suspect is moobs and a disgusting belly. Can't go to the beach or wear shirts without feeling like shit. And when I did go to the gym I almost never lost weight. In fact I got worse because I was more dehydrated. What do I do? Help.
Learn to control your diet.

Whoa chill brah, not everyone has the knowledge to diet properly, theres so much retarded "knowledge" that people in the real world claim as fact.
OP, cut down as much as possible on anything starchy (potatoes, pasta, bread etc.)
Eat lean meats and fish, with rice and vegetables for all your meals. Don't drink anything with calories.
If you need to snack, have fruit.
Basically eat nothing that doesn't come as it's raw ingredient form. You can't really fuck up if you stick to this.
Start learning how many calories are in your foods and counting what you eat. If you stay under 2000kcal daily, you are guaranteed to lose weight unless you get to like 140lbs.
