ITT: we name the worst exercises we can think off.
>turkish get up
>burpees
>rotation push ups
>full arch
>bw tricep extension
>stacked push ups
And thats about it.
>>42174119
bench press
>>42174119
military press.
There's nothing military about it
>mountain climbers
>plank pushup
>planks
>whatever the fuck that was of the girl punching with dumbbells on a bosu
>curtsy squats
>>42174119
I like burpees & turkish getups, I just hate doing them.
bench press
curls
deadlifts/squats (nobody straight wants a giant boypussy)
everything with an ab roller

>overhead press (The Press)
The human body was not designed to lift heavy loads above eye level regularly, because in nature there are almost no situations where you would do this. Therefore it causes a lot of problems with rotator cuffs etc.
>turkish getup
It doesn't isolate anything, but it's not a compound movement either. Literally all it trains is the ability to do turkish getups. Only redditors would do this.
>situps
fucks up your lower back
>barbell bench press
Dumbbell bench press is superior in every way. People die all the time from dropping the bar on their neck.
>leg extensions
The knee was not designed to bear that kind of force. In nature humans almost never performed this movement. Ask any physiotherapist and they'll tell you it causes a shitload of injuries.
unhealthy/dangerous-tier
>leg extension
>anything in a smith machine
>upright rows
>bench press
>squats
>leg press
>bent-over reverse flys (better to do them chest-supported, lying on an elevated flat bench)
>any type of delt raise involving forward or inward rotation
>chest flys
>hip thrust with back on ledge of bench (better to do them from the floor)

What fucking exercises do you do then
No handed deadlift.
I got a 560kg PR today.

>Dumbbell bench press is superior in every way
Unless you're asymetrical and need a fucking barbell to not snap your shit up with dumbells.
>>42175078
How are flys/reverse flys dangerous? Genuinely curious
>>42175219
Rotator cuff injuries.
Reverse Flys are good for your rotator cuff, but if you get sloppy on the technique, you can snap that shit up. That's why I do them on a tall bench.
If you're gonna do chest flys, you need to make sure your arms aren't at 90 degrees from your side, but slightly down, with your hands roughly level with your navel. It's still dangerous lifting a weight in that position, putting a lot of risk on the AC joint.

Kill yourself moron
>>42174993
>The human body was not designed to lift heavy loads above eye level regularly
I'd call you a dumb cunt but I get the feeling you're doing some poor level trolling instead.
>>42175078
