I have 'bad blood flow' genetics. When i stand still for as short as 10 minutes my legs get all heavy and tingly. It has been like this ever since i was a young child. When i walk in a slow tempo the same happens, when i walk fast or run i dont have this. I have several relatives (who are olders than me) who have the same and they have developed some pretty serious varices.
What can i do to counter this as much as possible? I allready eat quite healthy, i exercise alot, i take cold showers allmost everyday, i IF and even prolonged fast quite often, and i tend to avoid slow walking and standing as much as possible, but still this problem persists.

Try doing more sprints, calf and leg presses and massage your legs up and down with medium firm grip to keep the blood moving.

Drink a lot of water and and reduce your cholesterol intake. Also stop smoking if you are smoking.
Probably best to go to the doctors and have them get bloods.

Just exercise regularly like you're doing. Nothing else really. You can wear special socks to reduce symptoms a bit
