As long as you can move it I wouldn't worry too much. Just keep an eye on it and try to take it easy on that toe.

If the pain or swelling gets worse, or you lose mobility in it then it could be a problem. Other than that it should be good.

No point going to the hospital, even if your toe is broken. Just relax. Rest. Only one way to heal that sucker. The pain is fine, you shouldn't try to get rid of it. That'll keep you from doing anything that damage sit while it heals
