I don't have hours at the gym everyday, so I'm trying to do what I can and have high intensity says when I'm at the gym.

If you're a novice just do the grayskull LP it's a much more comprehensive and we'll laid out program
Very similar to what I do and I'm getting big and good numbers now, so no, they're good choices for a full body.
Only big thing you're missing is lats. I do those along with hanging leg raises to save time. Throw in the odd accessory like Face Pulls and Lat Raises every now and then and you're golden.

I do cable face pulls for shoulder health and pull ups if I have some time to spare, but I don't do it for intensity. I also don't have a weighted belt for pull ups so I haven't seriously Incorporated it.
