How do you figure out what your 5 rep max is from strong lifts 5x5? For example I just did 2pl8 lmao squats for 5 sets of 5 but none of those were to failure.

Just use your 5x5 weight. Once you're pushing yourself Your 5 rm may be a bit higher, but not by much and not by a consistent factor. If you want you can try to do set 5 for AMRAP and plug that in.
