So I've started to make that change that every asian trying to get shredded has to make: reduce the amount of white rice I eat. Today I ate half my normal serving for lunch (cut down to about 1/3 a plate's worth) and I'm looking to make that amount even smaller. However, should I phase rice out of my diet completely, or should I still have a small serving of it per day?
I thought Asians eating a fuckload of rice was a myth

In rough order of increasing nutrition tier pulled out my ass
White rice > Brown rice > Potatoes > Sweet Potatoes
I say just switch to potatoes but this fundamentally changes the character of a lot of your dishes and they basically aren't asian anymore. Go ahead and have the occasional white rice as a cheat meal because lol stir-fry

I eat rice all day on lift days but don't eat it at all on rest days because I do carb cycling + intermittent fasting. I love it before and after lifting.
