This is the official /fit/ thread. Open for discussion of any and all /fit/ related stuff, like diet, routines, certain sports, goal bodies, etc.

Examples:

Usually die with less than 100 replies
The only /fit/ related threads that are always alive are /plg/, /CBT/ and the very recent one, /fat/. Maybe /fraud/? But it's not exactly /fitness/ related, it's more /vanity/ so I won't lump it in with the others.

But I'll humor you. Let's post.

/3xw/ or /fbt/ - 3 days a week full body training routine general discussion.
For the busy individual who wants to get swole.
Post and discuss progress, share and ask for advice on programming 3 squat sessions along with deadlifts and cardio each week, or for cramming 3 meaningful OHP and bench press volume in just three sessions.
Discuss anything related to TM, HLM, 531 btm, 531 FBFB, Sheiko or any other 3 day routines you know or want to learn more about.

I guess there could be a similar general for UL and PPL?

What sports does /fit/ practice? Do you use them to complement your workouts, or are THEY your workouts? I swim 2 days per week, on weekends.

Cant decide between ottermode or thicc mode. Dunno would be easier to achieve since im too skinny at the time

I can even go 6 times a week but I find that distracting. Gym is my secondary goal atm, I want to restart dancing, learn dutch and if there is enough time take up either the guitar or jogging or something
I like efficiency.
If I go 6 times as opposed to 3 times, it's twice the effort for like 20% better results. I'd rather invest those 4.5 extra hours studying or experimenting in the kitchen or just waking or watching futurama, I really need alone time in my life.

Thanks for the response though, if you have any other input I'd gladly listen to it.

Can someone give me a program that has minimum 2 workouts of squat/bench/deadlift/ohp/chin-ups each in 3 days/week and weekly (not monthly) progress?
I thought of doing a 3 day version of nSuns like
A: Squat, OHP, chinups 531 & light deadlifts
B: Bench 531, light squat, OHP, chinups
C: DL 531, light bench, chinups and fronts

531: nSuns sets and reps, light would be something like 3x5 or 5x5 FSL
