The day before yesterday I went to sleep after coming back from the gym late at night. I woke up in the morning with a very sharp pain to the right side of my chest under my right pec muscle. It's a very sharp pain like a knife stab and I can't breath deeply or sneeze or lay on my back or laugh or do curtian moves because it hurts a lot. So can someone please try and help me? Is it because I slept on my chest in a bad position or some other reason?
