I don't remember this being normal last time I was lifting. I did Starting Strength, now I'm doing Phrak's Greyskull LP.

What am I doing wrong?

1x bench is a lot different for someone who is a manlet and weighs 140 lbs and someone who is 6'5 and weighs 250 lbs

Just enjoy it, and think about that ass when you're lifting to improve testosterone and your performance. They're doing a great service.

It might not be doms, it might be that you're older and doing those heavy powerlifting routines of 5x5 or 3x5 is getting to be too much for your older joints. Try going lower weight with a higher rep range of 6-15. You can even go as high as 25 reps, fuck what the people say about you not gaining on sets over 12 reps, you gotta take care of your joints, my dude, especially if you're doing MMA where somebody can snap your shit up.

Personally I think my testosterone levels are fine. I have a ridiculously high sex drive, I get chest acne, etc.

My bodybuilder friend just told me to give it some more time, so I guess we'll see.
