Hey /fit/
I've not properly exercised in years and I want to get back to fitness and gain muscle.
I'm setting myself some goals to lose some fat and some gain muscle by the end of the year and train for a 10k this October.
Is it possible/a good idea to follow a muscle gaining routine while also doing cardio on the same days (and possibly on rest days) or is trying to do both at once going to fuck everything up?
