How many of you cook your chicken steak in the oven instead of frying pan? Any nutritional benefits for oven?

no nutritional benefits, but oven is good if cooking big quantities otherwise it's a waste of gas and time.
>put chicken breasts on frying pan
>add olive oil and whatever spices you want
>cook until both sides are golden
>eat
Seriously why would you use an oven when you can get god tier chicken breasts in a pan

Try this out with a pressure cooker
>Rice
>Chicken
>Coconut oil
>Cook together
>Homemade peanut sauce (super easy recipes online iwith no more than 3 or 4 ingredients)
>Profit

If you aren't using both, you're doing it wrong.
>trim chicken breasts and pat dry
>season with salt/paprika/pepper
>rub lightly with olive oil
>in cast iron, sear on both sides until golden (don't fuck about with moving them)
>transfer to 350 degree oven and finish
Entirely in the oven gives you no sear, entirely in the pan dries out your meat.

if you ruin a steak by cooking it fully in the oven you should be shot
imo you should start a steak in a pan to brown the outsides real nice but finish it in the oven

This guy knows his shit.
>not dicing your chicken before you fry it in butter with garlic, salt and pepper

This, except oil in the pan rather than directly on the meat.

Sounds gross but it's easier than frying. I'll cook ground turkey in a steaming tray daily

Because you can bake chicken+veggies all at once in one pan and not have to pay attention to it at all until the timer goes off
For some reason, i cant stand the taste of chicken breast cooked in frying pan, i dont know if it'/s the taste or how it feels in my mouth but i feel like throwing up.
Anyone else vastly prefer the taste of turkey to chicken?
I cut the chicken in thin pieces so they all have equal thickness, give them a minute and a half on medium-high heat, then put the lid on and let them be on very low heat till they're done
