Hey /fit/, I REALLY need advice. My close friend who I really look up to offered me to work out with him at a gym really close to where I live. Its been a LONG time since I even remotely had a fitness routine. What should i be aiming for and how do I not die in the first week? I'm not overweight so i'm not looking for weight loss, more or less toning my body. Any tips, advice and warnings are much appreciated.
You don't have any muscle mass to "tone" read the sticky and start with a full body routine, focus on your form rather than the weight you're putting up
