What am is supposded to do with my failed reps ?
I do pullups and my goal is 3x8
but after one series I do 2..3..BREAK...rest...4..5..BReak...rest...6..7..break..rest...8.. etc.
Do i get no gains if i fail so bad like i do ?

Just use a chin up assist machine or do pull ups to failure until you reach 3x8

Ok, here is some quick pullup advise i can give you.
1. Don't do pullups to failure, leave 2-3 in the tank, unless its your last set of the day.
2. Start doing weighed negatives and then start hitting some weighted pullups.
Do sets of like 5 to 6 if 8 is your max.

P.S Remember to work on your technique. Retract your scapulae to make your back work more. Grip as hard as you can on the bar, your body works synergistically. Breathe properly. That helps with getting more reps and moving more weight
