First day of gym, will go for about an hour and start with treadmill and bicycle as warm-ups. I don't need to lose weight just build some. Can /fit/ give me a good exercise plan?

don't do random routines, pick the muscle groups you want to do, split them up correctly, do associated compounds and isolations for that area
