I get that squats are an extremely important compound but there isn't a huge amount of nuance to it. What can they possibly discuss for what I assume was an hour long seminar?

Only if you're a competitive power lifter. You don't need to do barbell squats to get juicy legs or anything.

Proper form and how to teach it, I'd imagine.
Ever heard good oly lifters talk? Not that the back squat is the same as a properly executed clean and jerkeachotheroff, but still you can't be too careful when you've got something that weighs twice as much as you do, on your back.

1 hr theory, 2 hr form checks on the platform, 1 hr programming and Q&A.
