What's /fits opinion on nsuns 5/3/1?
Everybody is saying they're throwing weight up because of it, but wouldn't it follow normal 5/3/1 level of overload adding 60# or so a year?
Why don't you read the fucking programs before asking stupid questions?

its good, consistently added weight for 2 months.and the spreadsheet is pretty accurate.time is the only concern though.9 sets of two compound each gonna take at least 45 minutes. i only switched to ppl last week because i'm roiding and need more 'bodybuilding' kind of a approach.

you add weight every week with nsuns 5/3/1 (provided you make 2+ reps on the (first) AMRAP set), not every 4 weeks. read the programme
with that said: it's good for late novices and intermediates who want to get stronger, especially at the big 3

to anyone considering nsuns 5/3/1: the length is obviously driven by the amount of rest time. aside from sets 2, 3, and 4 (and possibly 5) on the main lift, it's possible to take just 1:30 rest between sets without suffering. (set 4 is usually horrible.) but if you do fuck around between sets, then yeah, it's going to take a long time because there are 17 sets on the main two lifts
