i make this greek style salad with just cucumber, zucchini, tomatoes, onions, feta cheese, and an olive oil dressing. It's really low-cal and tasty as fuck. Only way to get my family to eat raw vegetables.

recently been going to the whole foods salad bar cause you can get a massive salad for 7 bucks so I've been playing around with combos and found a pretty good basic one: spinach+kale+chard mix, shredded chicken, red onion, brocolli, feta cheese, broccoli, cauliflower, walnuts and dried cranberries. Shit is cash, you don't even need dressing, but a little bit of ranch works great

I drink 2 raw hen eggs with a glass of whole milk and then eat a salad with 250calories. I absolutely love tomatoes raw so I 5daily. Then for dinner a nice piece of fish. It's all about preparation and not being lazy.
