I don't care about being strong etc. I just want healthy muscle mass and joint mobility without injuring myself.

How much joint mobility we're talking? Just have a good stretching routine for upper and lower body, around 10-20 minutes for both every day. Focus on full range of motion instead of competition lifts.

If you don't lift heavy and focus on never lifting more than a true 10RM with good form, you're lowering your chance of injury considerably, but there's no such thing as no chance of injury, you can do your best to prevent it, but some shit might be unavoidable.
