Mantain for atleast 1 week until leptin adoption sets in. Then start lean bulking.

if you want to maintain that weight, reverse diet up to maintenance calories

if you want to gain weight right away, you are primed to do so and can begin bulking right away

in either case note that your maintenance/bulking calories are now lower than they were at your previous weight
