Yo /fit/ help a /nonfit/ out.
24 M 188cm (6.1) 95kg (210lbs).
I've been on EC and calorific deficit for 10 days and lost 4kg (9lbs). Should I continue for another 10lvs to get my body fat down from 26% to 20ish, or should I just start hitting the gym 3 times a week? If so, should I stay at a calorific deficit with EC, or will that totally inhibit muscle growth?
How much cardio should I do while under EC? Heard it can be dangerous?
I'm currently only taking 16mg E and 200mg C with an omega pill once a day. Should I increase this to twice and maybe 24mg E when I hit the gym?
