How long will it take to get rid of tightness in (insert muscle here)?
I keep finding tightness in fucking everything
>tight shoulders
>tight hamstrings
>tight calves
>elbows and scapula click when i extend/move them
Now i have to do a million stretch exercises everyday or else i'll get some variation of snap city.
Do people do this or does everyone just lifts and ignores them? How come i never see posts about stretching on /fit/

never had that problem and i am inflexible as fuck can't even touch my toes
>>42154081
i have a buttwink when i squat and a bit of lower back pain when i deadlift
>>42153537
don't bulk in such a short period of time

thats what you fags get for not incorporating mobility and flexibility exercises into your routines. nothing but big stiff idiots on /fit/
Once you reach the mobility you want it's really easy to upkeep, literally just move all your joints to their limit once or twice. That's like 5 minutes off your morning, or before you start lifting
getting there is slow and sucks though. Just do aggressive stretching every day

rest for a month from strength training
do cardio instead
>Do foam rolling
>Stimulate tight muscles from 90°
>stretch(must last atleast 20sec or it is basically useless)
>>42154211
literally solves nothing
>>42154253
letting your body rest from retarded unnatural ranges of motion and moving your joints in healthy manner solves nothing
yeah better stretch instead, too bad all papers on stretching say its not effective

If your muscles are tight you have two options.
>Option One
Get a massage, but since you're on /fit/ you probably have no qt 3.14 to give you a massage.
>Option Two
Lose your mancard and start stretching
Warning this option results in massive increases in fitness and health, especially later in life.

how many weeks/months till i'm well stretched if i do it everyday?
>>42153537
Around 10 minutes of static stretching after lifting worked for me. Also do a little dynamic stuff beforehand, mainly to keep my shoulders, back, hips and hammies from feeling stiff while lifting.

Name one lift with unnatural range of motion
then explain to me how your joints are going to get more flexible if you're not even moving them to their limit
