I won't have access to a gym for 3-4 weeks, what bodyweight routine should I do to keep my gains?

take it easy, do outdoor activities, eat and sleep well. small breaks may even allow you to break plateaus.
If you can do some bodyweight, nice. If you can't, relax..

Here is something you can do twice a week
5burpees
3pullups
6pushups
9crunches
12 bodyweight squat
Repeat that
Take 2 mins
Do all of that 4 more times
Then go do some outdoor cardio for 30-45 mins
