As of now I'm working out two different parts of my body every day for about 5-10 minutes per body part. I feel intense burn during my exercises and my muscles do get sore the following day, but in trying to gain more muscle, I feel that I'm not doing enough.
Here's the breakdown of my current routine:
Day 1:
Chest
Back
Day2:
Legs
Abs
I repeat this pattern with at least one break day per week. I'm new to working out and I'd appreciate if I could receive some help as to what to do with my workout routine.
