What's the ideal bodyfat% to start bulking?
So far i've gone from 124kg to 83kg and was wondering how far much more i need to lose, also im a 5'5 manlet. Thanks

5'5 manlet at 83 kg is far too heavy to start bulking i'm a 5'7 manlet myself and only start bulking at 70-72 kgs so for you start bulking at 64-66 kgs.

For bulk/cut cycling anything between >9% and 16%< respectively is acceptable. You don't need to bulk and cut like a competitive individual if you aren't one.
