Some advice I would have given myself back at 19, fitness is a life long commitment. You don't spend 6 months getting shredded and then go back to eating/doing whatever the fuck you want(unless you got some killer genetics). When you eat out with friends and family, you get chicken salads and sugar free drinks. When you are bored or have free time you go do some physical activity.
You can find all kinds of basic routines on youtube or /fit/ but the key thing is you just need to do shit, stay active and not expect 30 min of lifting 3 days a week to turn you into Chad Thundercock.
If you are overly 'chubby' I would recommend swimming or general cardio 5+ days a week on top of lifting.
Best /fit/ advice: hang out on QTDDTOT - it's like a board within the board, where you can get actual good answers to questions. The rest of /fit/ is just for shitposting.

12x5 biceps, started with 9 kg
25x3 triceps, holding a dumbell over my back by the weight and lifting it up and down.
25x2 holding both 9kg dumbbels and lifting them laterally
25x4 holding the dumbells, arms in normal positiom and lifting using the wrist towards the body.
One day legs, one day arms
Leg day
20x3 squats with a 20k barbell
25x2 raising on tiptoes with the barbell inhands.
I don't do chest because i have no table to lay on. Home gym

Then pick up a beginner's strength training program like Starting Strength or Strong Lifts. Count calories and eat less than you burn in a day if you really eant to lose weight fast.
