Hey /fit/ i've been using a bodyweight program where i gradually increase my pushups, situps, squats up to a total of 250 each in some amount of time (app won't let me see how long until i get to the day).
Week 6 day 2 I did 150 pushups, situps, and squats
I'm getting close to the end and after that what should I do? More insane pushups working up to aztec or with resistance bands or should I just leave my house and lift weights?

Also I'm fat as shit so eventually I won't be fat as shit anymore and won't be doing massive push againsts the grounds as much
