Want to get a home gym going. Got about $500AUD to spend (I think that's around 350 USD)
I have literally nothing at the moment.
Thinking a barbell/plates and a bench or chin up rack.
Is there anything wrong with these options?
Bar and bench seems like enough to do a pretty basic full body split. Probably get dumbells as well.
Also, post pics of your home gyms
barbell
weights
bench
squat stand with safeties
everything else is supplementary

powercage + bench

Just buyb some lumber from Bunnings and make your own rack. Some of the cunts on here should have screenshots of the diy home gym setups.
What happened to this guy?
What's the story behind pic related?

Cage + Bench, buy all plates used. IDK if they have it available in Australia, but Fitness Reality 810xlt cost me $160 USD

This, I was thinking about it when I was drinking last night and I drew up a quick set of plans. Priced off home depot you could make one for less than $60.

That's not very fair to Bryan

He might have wanted it. Yul Bryner or however his name is spelt paid to have a commercial aired after he passed that started "if you're seeing this commercial, I have died from cigarettes" or something. It was pretty powerful
