I usually get up to piss a couple of times before I fall asleep, then wake up once during the night. Have you tried drastically cutting back your water intake, say 4 hours before you got to bed?

I'm probably around 4+ L per day and probably piss around 12+ times a day. I'll usually drink a 1L bottle at a time and within 20min I make my first trip and seem several more times about 20 min apart. I was honestly worried when I first gave up cokes and such because I started peeing like 2-3x more than I used to.

I live in a tropical climate so in summer I hardly ever piss despite drinking at least a gallon a day as I lose so much water through sweat, in winter I piss about every 1-2 hours, if you're pissing more than every hour there might be something wrong with your kidneys or bladder
