I have it too. Honestly what worse than the dent is the flared ribs imo.

lifting helps me feel less ugly at least

I pretty much had to get the surgery because mine was so deep (was literally a skeleton because it pressed on my stomach).

That was like 10 years ago, and I still look like a freak due to my ribs. I like scaring people with my vacuum pose from time to time.
