When my gf and I have sex in missionary position I end up putting all my weight on my hands. My wrists are starting to bother me when I'm working out now.
Anything I can do to help strengthen or protect my wrists?
wear wrist wraps. bad thing is sex doesn't count if you either wear wraps or a belt.
Prop yourself on your forearms or change positions when you get tired
Put weight on your hips?

Ergonomic keyboard / mouse is important. More so than any kind of wrist specific exercise. If you spend a lot of time in front of a computer, make sure you take regular breaks and stretch.

Put your weight on your forearms instead of hands. Switch position more often. Or make fists and rest your weight on those instead of splayed hands.
Also remember to arch your back, pull your shoulder blades together, and look straight ahead the whole time.
