Thinking of doing swimming along with lifting. Should I do swimming on my rest days? Or just right after lifting? Also, I want to do the 0 to 1650 program. (where you progress from being a complete beginner to swimming 1650 meters in one go over the course of 7 weeks) Would this be feasible to do alongside my lifts? (assuming I do SS)
cardio is fine -- do it whenever you feel like it, if bulking just eat a bit more to compensate for lost cals

What is this 0 to 1650? Also any more information on it?

You can use swiming as both a complement to your workout, or as a way to cool down after working out. A few slow laps can be realy good for your muscles.

skip lifting swimming is much better

Why? I don't want to be weird looking, but I would like to have some noticeable muscle. Something I am worried that swimming wouldn't provide to a non-professional who just does it every other day.
