Why not bulk up and get some real muscle first, then cut? It'll be easier that way, no need to unnecessarily cut, unless if you don't care about working out

The only exercise I enjoy is leight weight endurance lifting and cardio. I tried to bulk once and the fat I gained was super triggering(lol)
Also got stretch marks in the first three weeks of lifting when I was really trying

bodyfat can only release a certain amount of energy per day, so anything beyond that will take away from your ability to recover properly.
a pound of fat can release about 30-35 calories per day in stored energy, so if we assume you're 19% bodyfat, 6 feet tall, and 180lbs you'd have a total of 34.2lbs of fat, meaning you could have a maximum caloric deficit of ~1100 per day before you start shedding lbm.
lyle mcdonald did some research into this i believe, so i'd recommend looking into his work and others before doing anything drastic.
