if you don't lift you probably have all of them already and your body is already falling apart

I didn't say YOU didn't lift, anon. Jeez, stop taking everything so personally.

>From injuries to Daily Life Activities, the Human Body is constantly being shaped and re-modeled through ‘mechanotransduction,’ which is the process in which biomechanical forces in combination with biochemical reactions and energy flows literally ‘deform’ (or change the form of) each and every cell. In addition, mechanotransduction manipulates and modifies corresponding strands of DNA.

Did you even read it? These only become issues if your weight is incorrectly positioned or the lifts are performed incorrectly.

Been trying to fix the arches of my feet for a long time. Rolled both my ankles really bad one year about 8 years ago combined with being a fatty and I've always had an ugly fatty walk since then. It's gotten better but never what it used to be.
>rent a gym with a bunch of "we need to make you symmetrical" retards
>theyre all tiny, weak, cant jump higher than a foot off the ground and all criticize me for being "not symmetrically strong" despite lifting 2x what they can at the same weight
>ask them to do a case study with me
>25 doing unilateral stability training, 25 doing bilateral training, both LP and 10 control that do both.
>my 25 bilateral LP (literally just starting strength with front squats added) had 40% higher jump height, 20% faster sprint speeds, had over 50% unilateral and bilateral strength gains, and the only thing they had was that their thigh, and bicep sizes were within 1/2" of each other versus mine were maybe 1" off.
its being approved soon
