Should I go to the gym regardless? I don't think I could complete a set of squats, but I could try doing it through the pain

Or should I rest today and recover the day tomorrow and do Sat - Mon - Wed- Fri? I'm doing SS 3 weeks a day, this is the first week, yes I am in horrible shape

I've tried stretching but the pain persists. It's both the abductors and quads now.

If you're running regularly and lifting pal, I'd recommend ditching a dedicated leg day and instead working exercises like Deadlifts and Thrusters into another day. I did the same and no longer miss running sessions due to DoMs

Up to you, I find if I take an unplanned rest day it throws off any schedule I may of had

Just go in and do arms and a soft bench press and you'll feel better then if you skipped
