I'm really sorry it's come to this but I need your help. For the summer, I'm stuck using one of those living community gyms.
That means, as far as free weights go, I do have dumbbells, but no barbells.
I've been having a bit of trouble finding a good dumbbell workout. I've been doing this one:

I've made some modifications to try and make it more interesting, but my main issue is that....it's just so boring.
One of the things I love about SS is that I can come in the gym, slam through the workout + accessory exercises, and be done in around an hour. I feel like I'm actually accomplishing something when I challenge myself on the squat. These stupid dumbbells are killing me.

Anyway, both the Buff Dudes and Athlean-X has made a good series on dumbbell workout, go check'em out (sidenotes: your workout seems to be garbage, even by a full-body standard)
