Is 3 hours of sleep a night enough for gains /fit/? I have 2 jobs so there isn't really time for sleep anymore

>3 hours
I'd be so tired I couldn't function

Just resting is almost as effective in recovering your body as sleep is. Actual sleep is mainly important for the brain. But there is no way you can have effective lifting sessions on 3 hours of sleep. You"ll be too tired and unmotivated.

you're going to die
enjoy your early death you fuckin idiot

Sleeping 3 hours a night without lifting isn't even enough. You'll die.

false
I've never told anyone to quit their job before but this is seriously unhealthy. You should quit one job and try to get something that fits your life better.
as everyone else has said pretty much enjoy lifelong higher risks of cancer, a higher mortality rate in every single imaginable statistic and earlier cognitive decline. I cant remember who said this but "there is not a single cell in the human body that is not negatively effected by sub-optimal sleep". You cannot catch up on sleep but you can choose not to live the rest of your life like this and risk dying earlier...

3 hours of sleep isn't enough to be alive, let alone make gains
I don't know your situation, but I would advice you to perhaps study and get a good payed job. Instead of strugling to get the ends to meet with two subpar jobs.
i always wonder if questions like these are just b8 or there are actually mongoloid imbeciles out there who live like this.
Im in a shit mood and want to end my life if i sleep less than 8 hours
