Okay, so im new to working out but im not in it to look ripped

Okay, so im new to working out but im not in it to look ripped or any gay shit like that. Im jist doing basics like push ups, sit ups, squats, runs, jumping jacks, ect ect. Im skinny but still out of shape and trying to get IN shape. Will what im doing work? what sort of diet will I need? does this need to be an everyday thing? I dont want lift weights or anything. I justbwant my body to be in shape. Please help i am simply a scrub.

Im talking about just getting in shape. You just might need to read up on what the human body is and how it functions, then read the sticky.

First figure out your goal. Getting "In" shape isnt a goal. Do you want to lose fat , gain muscle, or be able to walk up the stairs. You said you didn't want to get ripped , so weight lifting is out. You mentioned a bunch of random exercises, thats not gonna get you in shape thats gonna make you better at those exercises. If you want to feel better without looking super different cardio seems to be your best bet here.

'In shape' sounds almost as retarded as 'toned'. I'm assuming you mean slightly more muscular and lower bodyfat? If so read the sticky.

Lift and get your diet on point. We have this handy thing called a sticky that can help you with that. You won't turn into mister olympia overnight trust me.
