Sup, I work out 3 times a week doing a full body routine. Posting my routine here to get any suggestions on whether this is enough or if I need to add more. Every workout listed is done 5x5 on Monday, 4x5 on Wednesday and 3x5 on Friday(when I also increase every weight done since previous Friday)
Don't do a Biceps Iso exercise before a fucking pulldown/row, dam. You're not working properly on Hamstrings/glues/lower back, put a Romanian/stiff Deadlift in there, when you fell comfortable enough start practicing the deadlift and than add to your routine.
