What do you guys do for abs? All I do is my 6 minute ab routine from swimming:
1 minute sit ups (not crunches you cuck)
1 minute leg lifts
1 minute russian twists with medicine ball
Recommend anything better? What do you do?
Forgot to add: then repeat after 1 minute rest
