Work used to give me a free drink every time I clocked out and still made decent progress
Gave up alcohol completely, kept everything else just about the same and my progress has sky rocketed, even though I'm two years in

Define decent gains, how much did you gain and whats your 1 reps. I personally try to avoid drinking, been 3 months since last time i had a drink. I drink once every 2 months
