Redpiller me on canned tuna. Is mercury poisoning an actual issue, or some kind of jewish trickery? The recommended intake is way too low for how much I like it, I can go through a can in one sitting.

I just ate a canned tuna
Have you ever heard of somebody getting mercury poisoning from one can of tuna? How many people do you think eat a can of tuna every day in the US and turn out fine?

Last time i heard about heavy metal poisoning from tuna it was some Victorian arctic expedition. They ate nothing but tuna. And even then it was poisoning from lead in the containers

Back in my first 2-4 months of lifting when I was in college I swear all I ate everyday(except Saturday and Sunday) was canned tuna. Cheap, good macros so i didnt care. I'm sure mercury poisoning is a real thing but i'm guessing you'd have to eat more and for a longer period too

Well if you eat too much at once it will hurt you, but if you eat once a day you will be fine. Also try to get wild caught if at all possible.

I'm not saying it's a lot to eat, I'm just saying it's already more than what they say you should eat.
